Job Title: Home Loan Sales Executive

Job Summary:

The Home Loan Sales Executive will be responsible for sourcing, pitching, and closing home loan products. The role involves fieldwork, customer interaction, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads for home loans through open market, referrals, and builder relationships
• Meet potential customers and explain home loan products, interest rates, and benefits
• Handle end-to-end sales process – from lead generation to loan disbursement
• Coordinate with credit and operations team for documentation and processing
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Keep track of competitors and market trends

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months – 3 years of experience in home loan / LAP / secured loans sales
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Knowledge of banking products and loan processes
• Ability to work in field sales role
• Graduation preferred
