Urgent hiring for Business Development Executives (field sales)

• Location - gurgaon, sec 30

• Industry - Office space management (commercial space)

• Exp - 1+ yrs

• salary - 3 lpa - 4 lpa (as per exp & skills)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular field visits and recce of commercial office buildings across Delhi NCR.

Identify vacant office spaces, upcoming vacancies, new commercial developments, and potential business opportunities.

Build and maintain relationships with building management teams, leasing representatives, brokers, and facility managers.

Collect and maintain accurate building-wise data, including available inventory, rental expectations, occupancy, landlord details, and relevant contacts.

Mine data to identify potential clients, companies planning expansion or relocation, and new business leads.

Coordinate with the BD team for client site visits, including scheduling, on-ground arrangements, and follow-ups.

Maintain daily field visit reports, market intelligence records, and lead databases.

Be comfortable travelling extensively across Delhi NCR and taking ownership of field assignments.

We need someone energetic, resourceful, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork, with strong local market knowledge and the ability to independently gather relevant information.
