Job Overview
We are looking for dynamic, confident, and target-driven Key Account Managers (KAMs) to join our growing team.

The role involves acquiring new business clients, meeting business owners and decision-makers, pitching Google Ads solutions, and driving revenue through effective client acquisition and successful deal closures.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential businesses and merchants for Google Ads solutions.

• Conduct daily field visits to generate new business leads.

• Meet business owners, retailers, and key decision-makers.

• Present, pitch, and sell Google Ads advertising packages.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable advertising solutions.

• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

• Negotiate with prospective clients and convert leads into paying customers.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.

• Maintain daily sales reports, lead generation records, and follow-up updates.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–5 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

• Prior experience in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, or Merchant Acquisition will be an added advantage.

• Ability to independently generate leads and close deals.

• Comfortable with daily field visits and client meetings.

• Strong target-oriented, result-driven, and sales-focused mindset.
