Key Responsibilities:
Drive retail sales growth through dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks.
Develop and manage relationships with partners to maximize business opportunities.
Identify new markets and generate business through field sales activities.
Achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Lead partner engagement initiatives and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in Insurance, Financial Services, Automobile, Retail Sales, Agency Sales, or Distribution.
Strong expertise in dealer/distributor/channel management.
Proven track record in business development and sales growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Experience in field sales and regional market expansion.
Ability to work independently and drive business results.
Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
