We are looking for a goal-oriented leader to recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors. The primary objective is to drive business growth through the agency force and ensure the team meets its monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: Identify and onboard potential insurance agents (e.g., housewives, retired professionals, or businessmen) to build a strong team.

• Training & Coaching: Educate agents on life insurance products, sales techniques, and IRDAI regulations.

• Sales Leadership: Motivate the team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual premium targets.

• Field Support: Conduct joint sales calls with agents to help them close high-value deals and handle customer objections.

• Performance Monitoring: Regularly review the activity and productivity of agents to ensure consistent business flow.
