Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Generation
● Achieve planned monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets
Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
● Ensure sustainable and consistent business development. 2. Associate & Customer Relationship Management
● Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and associates. ● Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service delivery. ● Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling insurance products.
3. Associate Recruitment & Activation
● Recruit agents/associates as per monthly targets.
● Onboard and train new associates on products and sales processes. ● Ensure timely activation and productivity of recruited agents.
4. Sales – Renewals & Retention
● Achieve renewal targets and maintain a high retention ratio. ● Follow up with customers for policy renewals.
● Ensure % renewals achieved against assigned targets.
