Job Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the GT sales team to achieve monthly/weekly sales targets.
• Drive primary & secondary sales, distribution, market coverage and outlet expansion.
• Manage beat plans, route productivity and daily field activities of the sales team.
• Ensure new outlet additions, product availability and visibility across assigned markets.
• Monitor team performance, attendance, productivity and target achievement.
• Conduct regular market visits with team members and identify business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers and key market stakeholders.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share performance updates with management.
• Train, motivate and develop team members for improved productivity.

Key Requirements:
✔ Strong FMCG/GT sales experience
✔ Excellent team handling & leadership skills
✔ Good knowledge of distributor/retailer network
✔ Target-oriented with strong communication and negotiation skills
✔ Willingness to travel extensively in the assigned market
