CuppaNord is looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell tea,coffee and coffee vending machines, beverage premixes, and related solutions to corporate offices, educational institutions, hospitals, hotels, restaurants, and other commercial establishments. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, customer relationship management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for tea and coffee vending solutions.

• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and cold calling.

• Meet prospective customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable vending solutions.

• Conduct product demonstrations and explain machine features and beverage options.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

• Coordinate with the operations and service teams for machine installation and after-sales support.

• Ensure regular follow-up with existing customers to increase consumable sales and customer retention.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer visits, and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, FMCG, beverage, vending machine, or HoReCa sales is preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Ability to work independently and manage field sales activities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
