We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven FMCG Sales Professional to lead and expand the sales of our newly launched banana chips brand. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in FMCG food products, with a proven ability to build distributor networks, penetrate new markets, and consistently drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve volume and revenue targets
• Appoint, manage, and motivate distributors and retail partners
• Expand market presence in general trade, modern trade, and regional markets
• Ensure product visibility, merchandising, and brand promotion at retail outlets
• Monitor competitor activity and provide market insights
• Manage sales reporting, collections, and territory planning
Candidate Requirements:
• 3–7 years of proven FMCG sales experience (snacks/food preferred)
• Strong network of distributors and retailers
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and scale a new brand
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
