Job Description:

A1 SKC Food Product Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic Field Sales Officer to expand our premium Cow Ghee products across Chennai market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve monthly sales targets for Cow Ghee and other dairy products in assigned territory in Chennai

2. Develop new distributors, retailers, supermarkets and HoReCa clients for Cow Ghee

3. Maintain strong relationship with existing customers and ensure repeat orders

4. Conduct market visits, collect feedback and monitor competitor activity in dairy/ghee segment

5. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain sales records

6. Promote new ghee variants and execute promotional activities in stores

7. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports to management

Requirements:

1. Any Graduate/Degree preferred. 12th pass with experience also considered

2. 1-3 years experience in FMCG/Food products field sales, preferably in dairy/ghee segment

3. Good communication skills in Tamil & English. Hindi added advantage

4. Must have own 2-wheeler with valid license

5. Target driven, good negotiation and customer handling skills

6. Knowledge of Chennai retail/dairy market is a plus

7. Immediate joiners preferred
