Fouress Finserv LLP is a 14-year-old, fast-growing wealth distribution organization managing Assets Under Management (AUM) of ₹320 Crores. The company specializes in Mutual Funds, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, PMS, Fixed Deposits, and comprehensive wealth management solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through references, networking, and field activities

• Meet prospective and existing clients to understand their financial needs

• Promote and sell Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and Mutual Fund products

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Provide post-sales service and portfolio review support

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Cross-sell and up-sell financial products to existing clients

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Mutual Funds / Life Insurance / Health Insurance sales

• Strong passion for sales and customer relationship management

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated and target-driven

• Age: 25–35 years preferred

• Graduation is mandatory (Finance background preferred)

• Candidates must be based in Chennai and willing to travel to Adyar
