We are looking for a Field Sales Representative to join our team at Srishti Creations. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up and sales negotiation. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹16500 - ₹23000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit super market outlets as per the PJP and beat.
Build strong customer relationships and meet sales targets.
Negotiate and close orders
Visit outlets , check placement and merchandising
Ensure timely payment collection.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0 - 6+ years of experience. Ascertiveness with willingness to learn is a requirement. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
