As Mumbai’s health-conscious consumer base grows rapidly, we are expanding our footprint across modern trade, premium general trade, standalone cafes, organic stores, and supermarkets.

We are looking for a high-energy, relentless Field Sales Representative who doesn't take "no" for an answer, genuinely cares about solving retailers' problems, and wants to drive our brand’s growth on the streets of Mumbai.
Job Requirements -

• Experience: 1–3 years of proven field sales experience in FMCG, Beverages, or Food products within the Mumbai market.

• Mumbai Market Acumen: Deep familiarity with Mumbai's geography and local retail landscape (General Trade/Modern Trade dynamics).

• The "Grit" Factor: Exceptional resilience, high emotional intelligence, and a positive mindset that thrives under targets and rejection.

• Consultative Sales Skills: Ability to listen 70% of the time, ask sharp diagnostic questions, and sell value and ROI over product specifications.

• Communication: Fluent in Hindi and Marathi to build immediate rapport with local retailers; working knowledge of English is a plus.

• Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for daily travel across the city.
