Sales Target Achievement: Driving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through direct outreach and by managing Distributor Sales Representatives (DSRs).
Market Development: Identifying new business opportunities, prospective dealers, and expanding the distribution network.
Customer & Relationship Management: Building relationships with architects, builders, and fabricators to ensure product adoption.
Channel Management: Managing relationships with distributors, ensuring the adoption of company policies, IT systems, and loyalty programs.
Marketing & Brand Promotion: Executing Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities to enhance brand visibility, following brand guidelines.
Order Management & Logistics: Coordinating with manufacturing units and supply chain teams to ensure smooth booking, dispatch, and delivery of products.
Market Intelligence & Reporting: Developing MIS reports for all channel activities and maintaining adequate order funnels. [1, 2, 3]
