We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Field Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, achieving business targets, mentoring field executives, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise a team of Field Sales Executives.
Assign sales targets and ensure timely achievement.
Conduct regular field visits with team members.
Monitor daily sales activities and performance.
Recruit, train, and motivate sales executives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Generate business through direct customer meetings and field activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with management to develop sales strategies.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Field Sales, Team Handling, or Sales Management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to achieve targets and manage a sales team effectively.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred.
