Sales Officer Trainee is an entry-level professional who learns ground-level market execution, distributor management, and customer relationship strategies under the supervision of senior sales managers before transitioning into a full Sales Officer role.

Key Responsibilities

Shadowing & Training: Learn the complete sales cycle by assisting senior team members during market visits and client pitches.

Distributor & Retail Support: Help manage local channel partners, monitor retail stock levels, and ensure product availability on shelves.

Lead Generation & Sales: Identify potential local prospects, pitch company products or services, and meet assigned daily or weekly targets.

Customer Feedback: Collect market responses regarding pricing, competitor actions, and new product launches.

Reporting: Maintain daily logs of sales visits, order updates, and payment collections using company mobile apps or reporting tools.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: A Bachelor's degree (such as B.Sc. or general graduation)

Passing Academic Year - 2025 or 2026

Skills: Strong verbal communication, active listening, basic math or calculation skills, and comfort using mobile reporting apps or smartphones.

Traits: High energy, target-driven mindset, and willingness to travel or work in field conditions.
