Job Title: Business Development Executive (Banking)
Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive is responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting banking and third-party financial products, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role involves field sales, local travel, customer relationship management, and ensuring compliance with the bank's policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new customers through field sales and marketing activities.
Sell banking and third-party financial products based on customer needs.
Cross-sell products and increase deposits from existing customers.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
Maintain accurate customer records in the bank's CRM system.
Complete mandatory certifications (AMFI, EUIN, etc.) and training.
Follow all regulatory and internal compliance guidelines.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales and customer service orientation.
Ability to work in the field and travel locally.
Goal-oriented with good relationship-building skills.
