We are looking for an energetic and driven Digital Consultant Lead / Field Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, an understanding of digital products/services, and the ability to generate and manage leads in the field.
Identify and acquire new customers for digital products/services in assigned territory.
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to drive revenue.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with potential clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to management.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Guide and mentor junior sales staff where required (for Digital Consultant Lead role).
Strong knowledge of digital solutions or willingness to learn quickly.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Negotiation and closing skills with proven track record in sales.
Ability to work independently in the field and meet deadlines.
Good problem-solving and client-handling abilities.
2 – 4 years of experience in field sales / business development / digital sales.
Minimum 60% marks in Graduation or 12th Standard.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
