Job Description:

CritiGo Services Pvt Ltd is hiring an experienced Relationship Manager – Working Capital (Field Sales) to drive SME and business banking growth. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, managing relationships, and sourcing working capital products such as cash credit, overdraft, and short-term business loans.

The incumbent will be responsible for identifying potential SME customers through field visits, referrals, and market networking. You will understand client business requirements, explain suitable working capital solutions, and coordinate with internal credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing and timely disbursement.

Key responsibilities include end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle—from lead generation, customer meetings, document collection, and proposal submission to disbursement and post-sanction support. Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business and cross-sell opportunities is essential.

The role requires achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to company policies and compliance guidelines. You will also track market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to improve sales effectiveness.

This is a field-intensive role, requiring regular travel to client locations. Own two/four-wheeler/vehicle is mandatory. Conveyance expenses will be paid separately as per company policy, in addition to fixed salary and performance-based incentives.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in working capital / MSME lending sales

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

• Good understanding of credit basics and financial documents

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field work
