Job Summary

We looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager (Field-Based) to

expand business opportunities in courier and cargo services. The candidate will be responsible for

field sales, client acquisition, corporate tie-ups, and revenue growth across Pune and nearby regions.

Key Responsibilities

 Identify and develop new business opportunities in courier and cargo services.

 Visit clients, corporate offices, warehouses, and business hubs for sales meetings.

 Generate leads and convert them into long-term customers.

 Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

 Prepare sales reports and market feedback.

 Coordinate with operations and customer support teams for smooth service delivery.

 Handle rate negotiations and business proposals.

 Monitor competitors and market trends.

Required Skills

 Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

 Ability to build corporate and retail client relationships.

 Good knowledge of the courier, logistics, and cargo industry.

 Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.

 Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.

Qualification

 Graduate / MBA preferred

 Minimum 2–5 years of experience in field sales, logistics, courier, or cargo industry.
