About the Role

Aiman Healthcare is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to drive business growth, generate leads, build client relationships, and promote healthcare services. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, possess strong communication skills, and be willing to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals.

• Meet doctors, hospitals, clinics, corporate clients, and healthcare partners to promote services.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Conduct follow-ups and convert leads into business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Prepare sales reports and update CRM records regularly.

Marketing Responsibilities

• Support offline and on-ground marketing campaigns.

• Assist in organizing healthcare awareness programs, events, and promotional activities.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

• Promote the company's services through various marketing channels.

• Collect customer feedback and market insights to improve business strategies.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

• Willingness to travel locally for business development activities.

• Prior experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, diagnostics, or medical sales will be an added advantage.

Eligibility

• 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or related fields.

• Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales may also apply.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
