Key Responsibilities
Visit potential customers in assigned areas and generate leads.
Sell telecom products/services such as SIM cards, broadband, fiber, postpaid/prepaid plans, and enterprise solutions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and develop customer relationships.
Explain plans, pricing, offers, and service benefits to customers.
Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor activities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer follow-ups.
Coordinate with the installation, customer-service, and operations teams.
Handle customer queries and support them during the onboarding process.
Submit regular sales and field-activity reports to the supervisor.
