Field Sales Executive (Healthcare SaaS)

Location: Noida / Delhi NCR (Field Role)
Salary: ₹10,000–31,000/month + Attractive Performance Incentives

Job Summary

We're looking for energetic, self-driven Field Sales Executives to help us expand across Delhi NCR. If you enjoy meeting new people, pitching products, and achieving sales targets, we'd love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit 10–20 clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centers daily.

• Meet doctors, clinic owners, and administrators to introduce VDocs.

• Conduct product demonstrations and explain platform features.

• Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.

• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

• Follow up with prospects and convert them into paying customers.

• Achieve monthly sales and clinic onboarding targets.

• Maintain accurate records of meetings and follow-ups in CRM.

• Share customer feedback with the product team to improve the platform.

Requirements

Must Have

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable with daily field travel.

• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.

• Confidence in speaking with doctors and business owners.

• Willingness to learn and grow in a startup environment.

Preferred

• Experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, Medical Sales, Pharma Sales, or Business Development.

• Healthcare background (MLT, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Nursing, etc.).

• Freshers with excellent communication and confidence are encouraged to apply.
