Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT AMC Field Sales Representative to generate new business and manage customer

relationships for IT Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), managed services and IT infrastructure support solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate business through field visits, networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns and online platforms.

• Meet IT managers, business owners, procurement teams, facility managers and other decision-makers.

• Promote IT AMC, managed services and facility management services (FMS).

• Understand customer infrastructure including servers, desktops, networks, firewalls, storage, cloud and end-user systems.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations and service-level agreements.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through meetings, follow-ups and closure.

• Handle AMC renewals, upselling opportunities, customer relationships, commercial follow-ups, CRM updates and sales reporting.

Candidate Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in IT sales, AMC sales, managed services, infrastructure sales or technology solutions sales.

• Strong knowledge of IT AMC and managed services with basic understanding of IT infrastructure.

• Good communication, presentation, negotiation, follow-up and relationship-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and travel for customer visits.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.

• Corporate, SME, enterprise or government sales experience will be an advantage.
