We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and drive sales through outbound and inbound calling. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and database management.

• Contact potential customers and explain TechYatra's products and services.

• Sell GPS Tracking Systems, Fuel Sensors, Dash Cameras, and other fleet management solutions.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

• Schedule product demonstrations or meetings for the field sales team whenever required.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects until closure.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer support.

• Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
