Field Sales Executive

A BharatPe Field Sales Executive is a front-line role focused on merchant onboarding and B2B fintech product sale

(QR codes, Soundboxes, and POS machines). Responsibilities include generating leads, visiting local shops, and driving product adoption. Compensation typically ranges from ₹12,000 to ₹35,000+ per month, largely driven by performance incentives.

• Merchant Onboarding: Visit local supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and retail stores to acquire new merchants for BharatPe services. [1]

• Product Pitching: Explain the benefits of BharatPe’s digital payment ecosystem, including the All-in-One POS machines and real-time voice alert Soundboxes. [1, 2]

• Device Installation: Assist merchants with setting up payment devices, QR codes, and providing basic training on app usage. [1, 2]

• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily/monthly onboarding and transaction volume targets. [1]

• Relationship Management: Regularly revisit onboarded merchants to resolve queries, ensure high engagement, and upsell products like merchant loans. [1]

• Reporting: Maintain daily visit and sales logs to submit to the Area Sales Manager.
