SWERAV is seeking an energetic and result-driven Commission Sales Associate who will be responsible for both field marketing activities and digital promotion. The role involves direct customer interaction, market visits, and executing campaigns to expand brand presence and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct field visits to meet potential clients, partners, and customers

2. Promote company products/services through on-ground marketing activities

3. Generate leads through direct interaction, referrals, and local networking

4. Visit markets, institutions, and businesses to build brand awareness

5. Coordinate with internal teams to convert leads into customers

6. Maintain daily reports of field activities and lead status

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Strong communication and convincing skills

2. Willingness to travel locally and work on-field regularly

3. Basic understanding of marketing and customer handling

4. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive
