- Salary : West Bengal: ₹12,770 per month/Odisha: ₹12,200 per month + PF+ ESIC+ Incentive

We are looking for a Customer Sales Executive to join our team at Aspire Interglobe Services. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12000 - ₹15000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through door-to-door visits and field prospecting activities.

- Conduct product demonstrations at customer residences.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing.

- Follow up and convert digital leads received from online platforms and call centers.

- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

- Complete customer ID creation, documentation, and order collection processes.

- Participate in BTL activities such as canopy activations, society programs, exhibitions, and trade shows.

- Educational Qualification

- 12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma / ITI
