Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell electrical products (such as electric bulbs) through direct field engagement. The role involves visiting residential societies, meeting decision-makers, conducting live product demonstrations, and generating sales orders. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and comfortable with field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

Society & Client Visits

• Visit residential societies, housing complexes, and commercial premises

• Meet society chairpersons, secretaries, committee members, and facility managers

• Identify purchase requirements and decision-making authority

Product Demonstration

• Conduct live demos of electric bulbs and related products

• Explain product features such as energy efficiency, lifespan, brightness, and cost savings

• Address customer queries and objections effectively

Sales & Order Generation

• Pitch products and close sales with societies and bulk buyers

• Generate purchase orders and ensure proper documentation

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with society representatives and customers

• Follow up for repeat orders and referrals

• Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain daily visit reports and sales records

• Share market feedback, competitor insights, and customer requirements

• Ensure timely submission of reports and updates to the sales manager
