📍 Locations: Bangalore & Chennai

💰 Salary: Up to ₹29,000/month Gross CTC

💼 Job Summary

Hiring Field Sales Executives to onboard and manage retail outlets in assigned territories and drive business growth.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

- Onboard new retail outlets and manage existing partners.

- Build strong relationships with retailers/customers.

- Achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales targets.

- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team.

- Conduct regular field visits within the assigned territory.

✅ Eligibility

- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate.

- Experience: 6 months–6 years in field sales.

- Preferred experience: FMCG, Telecom, Fintech, FnV, Retail, Banking or Insurance.

- Good communication skills and regional language proficiency.

- Kannada mandatory for Bangalore; relevant regional language preferred for Chennai.

- Must have a two-wheeler, valid driving licence & Android smartphone.

- Willingness to travel extensively in the assigned area.

💰 Salary Structure

- Fixed: ₹20,000/month

- Variable: Up to ₹5,000/month

- Petrol Allowance: ₹4,000/month

- Total Gross CTC: Up to ₹29,000/month
