The Business Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth on-ground servicing and operational execution
across societies within the assigned territory. The role involves timely deployment and maintenance of Visitor
Management System (VMS) assets, issue resolution within defined SLAs, payment collection, and client
engagement to ensure a seamless experience for all NoBrokerHood societies.
Job Description:-
1. Servicing & Execution
● Manage day-to-day servicing requirements for assigned societies.
● Ensure timely deployment and functionality of assets and devices for smooth VMS operations.
● Monitor device performance and minimize downtime.
2. Issue Management
● Address tickets raised by clients or internal teams promptly.
● Ensure issue resolution within defined SLA timelines.
3. Field Visits
● Conduct 10–12 society visits daily within the assigned area.
● Monitor operations, gather client feedback, and proactively resolve issues.
4. Asset & Inventory Management
● Oversee deployment, collection, and return of devices as per company guidelines.
● Maintain accountability and records for all company assets.
5. Payments & Collections
● Ensure timely collection of client payments in line with assigned targets.
6. Client & Guard Engagement
● Build strong relationships with security guards, officers, and society committees.
● Conduct regular training sessions on app usage and standard operating procedures.
7. Event Execution
● Execute society-level events, awareness drives, and promotional activities.
● Manage branding setups like standees, canopies, and door-to-door onboarding campaigns.
8. Compliance & Reporting
● Log attendance and field movements through the company’s mobile app.
● Adhere to compliance standards, reporting formats, and daily performance submissions.

● Achieve targets with a strong focus on service quality, client satisfaction, and timely delivery.
