Job Role

We are looking for energetic and ambitious professionals to join us as Development Managers. This is a leadership role responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of Personal Financial Advisors (PFAs) while driving business growth through the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop a team of Personal Financial Advisors (PFAs).

• Train, coach, and mentor advisors to achieve business goals.

• Drive life insurance sales through the advisor network.

• Achieve monthly and annual business targets.

• Build strong customer and advisor relationships.

• Ensure quality business, policy persistency, and regulatory compliance.

• Conduct field activities, team meetings, and performance reviews.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Age: 25–50 years (preferred).

• Minimum 0-3years of sales experience (BFSI preferred; other sales backgrounds are also welcome).

• Good communication, leadership, and networking skills.
