Field Sales Executive (Pune) – SPC Flooring (B2B + B2C)

Role Summary

We are hiring a Field Sales Executive in Pune to sell SPC Flooring by generating leads, doing site/market visits, meeting homeowners and business customers, coordinating measurements/estimates, and closing orders. The role is target-driven and requires strong follow-up and on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Lead generation (Pune): Identify and visit prospects via local market mapping, referrals, walk-ins, and partnerships.

• B2C sales: Meet homeowners, understand requirements, show samples, explain benefits of SPC flooring, and close orders.

• B2B sales: Build relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors, builders, and dealers to generate repeat business.

• Site visits & coordination: Arrange site inspection/measurement, collect photos/requirements, and coordinate with the internal team for quotation.

• Quotation & closing: Prepare/coordinate estimates, negotiate, and close deals.

• Pipeline management: Maintain a daily pipeline of leads, follow-ups, and conversions (WhatsApp/Sheets/CRM).

• After-sales coordination: Ensure smooth handover to installation/operations team and keep customer updated.

• Targets: Achieve monthly revenue targets and activity KPIs (visits, calls, meetings, conversions).

Targets / Deal Size

• Monthly target: ~ ₹4,00,000 revenue

• Average deal size: ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 per order (approx.)

Requirements:

• 1–3 years experience in field sales (interiors/building materials preferred)

• Strong communication, negotiation & follow-up skills

• Comfortable with daily travel across Pune

• Two-wheeler + valid license preferred

• Ability to understand basic measurements/site requirements (training can be provided)

• Languages: English + Hindi; Marathi preferred

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience selling flooring, plywood/laminates, wall panels, modular interiors, tiles, or related products

• Existing network with architects/interior designers/contractors/builders in Pune

Compensation

• Fixed salary + incentives on Targets (performance-based)

• Travel allowance (if applicable)
