Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Event Promoter)

Job Type: Full-Time (6 Days a Week)

In Hand Salary: 20K - 25K + TA + Incentives

Role Summary Represent Desi Farms at residential societies, gardens, and community events to showcase dairy products, engage customers, and drive on-ground sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage promotional stalls, product displays, and sampling counters at residential societies and local venues.

• Interact with visitors to explain dairy product benefits and convert leads into sales and subscriptions.

• Coordinate with society management, local organisers, and the internal marketing team to execute events and find new promotional locations.

• Maintain records of leads, sales, customer feedback, and event performance.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience required.

• Education: Graduate or final-year student from any discipline (marketing specialisation preferred).

• Skills: Strong communication and convincing skills, with basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office preferred.

• Travel & Commute: Willingness to travel within Pune/PCMC; must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence or reside near the assigned work location.
