Receive inbound goods at the warehouse — verify quantity, quality, and match against purchase orders Maintain organized stock — label, stack, and record all incoming FMCG and grocery items Coordinate dispatch of export containers — ensure goods are picked, packed, and loaded correctly as per packing list Maintain physical stock register and update daily stock movement in Excel or system Coordinate with Dinesh (Purchase) on incoming goods timelines Coordinate with Harsh (Export Docs) to ensure packing list matches actual cargo loaded Supervise labourers during loading/unloading — ensure correct handling of goods Report any damage, shortage, or quality issues immediately to Shubham or Umang Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance Take photos of cargo at key stages (goods in, loading, container stuffed) for buyer portal updates
