Key Responsibilities:
- Visit and promote company products at grocery stores, supermarkets, and distributors within assigned territories.
- Generate new leads and build strong relationships with retailers and wholesalers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct field sales.
- Ensure product placement, visibility, and availability in retail outlets.
- Handle merchandising activities, display setups, and ensure brand presence.
- Coordinate with the sales team for modern trade operations and execution.
- Collect market insights and competitor information to support business strategy.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain records of visits and orders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with 1–2 years of experience in FMCG direct sales.
- Proven experience in selling FMCG products at grocery or retail stores.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of modern trade channels and retail operations.
- Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
