About the Role

Rupeeland Mart is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate new customer leads, promote the company’s products and offers, and drive sales through field activities and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new customer leads through field visits.

• Visit residential, commercial and other potential customer locations.

• Promote Rupeeland Mart’s products, offers and services.

• Explain product benefits, pricing and ongoing promotions to customers.

• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Conduct local market surveys and identify new business opportunities.

• Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.

• Coordinate with the store and sales team for customer requirements.

• Maintain daily records of field visits, leads, follow-ups and sales.

• Submit regular sales and field activity reports to the reporting manager.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Graduation

• Experience: 6 months – 2 years in Field Sales, Retail Sales, Direct Sales or similar roles.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.

• Basic smartphone and reporting skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance
Incentives: Performance-based incentives

Working Hours

11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Break: 1 hour
