Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.
Meet potential clients and present the company's products or services.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Conduct B2B sales activities and identify new business opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Collect market intelligence and report competitor activities.
Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities.
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and convincing ability.
Lead generation and client acquisition skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
Ability to work independently in a field-sales environment.
Familiarity with the local market is an advantage.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
0–1 year of experience (fresh graduates may also be considered depending on the hiring requirement).
Salary
Approximately ₹10,000–₹35,000 per month, typically consisting of a fixed salary plus performance incentives.
