Job Title: Field Sales Executive

About the Role:
PG Dekho is hiring energetic and enthusiastic Field Sales Executives to expand our property network. The role involves visiting assigned locations and onboarding PGs and 1RK properties onto the PG Dekho platform. There are no sales targets.

Responsibilities:
Visit assigned areas in Noida, Gurgaon, or Ghaziabad.
Identify and list PGs and 1RK properties on the PG Dekho platform.
Collect accurate property details, photographs, and owner information.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners.
Ensure all property listings are accurate, verified, and updated.

Eligibility:-
Graduate or Undergraduate.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
Must own a smartphone.
Basic knowledge of the assigned location is preferred.
Prior field sales or marketing experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Salary & Benefits:-
Fixed Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Performance-Based Incentives
Conveyance Allowance: ₹200 per working day
Working Days: 5.5 days per week
