Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, meeting customers, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets through regular field visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and acquire customers through field visits.

• Meet existing and prospective clients to promote company products/services.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.

• Prepare daily visit reports and update sales activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer support.

• Follow up on inquiries and convert them into sales.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 1-3 years in field sales.

• Education: Graduate or equivalent.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

• Familiarity with the local market in and around Greater Noida is preferred.

Mandatory Requirements

• Male candidates only.

• Must own a two-wheeler.

• A valid driving license is compulsory.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000-₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
