Job Description – Field Sales & Marketing Executive (Male)

Position: Field Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Kasna, Greater Noida

Salary: ₹25000 – ₹30000 per month

Experience: Minimum 2-3 Year

Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives to promote and sellproducts in the building construction industry. Candidates from Building Materials, Hardware, Fasteners, uPVC/Aluminium Doors & Windows, Plywood, Sealants, or related industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit dealers, distributors, fabricators, contractors, builders, architects, consultants, PMCs, and project sites.

• Generate new customers and develop business in the assigned area.

• Maintain good relationships with existing customers.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Conduct market surveys and track competitor activities.

• Promote products and explain their features and benefits.

• Coordinate for order processing, delivery, and customer support.

• Submit daily visit reports and sales updates.

• Participate in exhibitions, dealer meets, and promotional activities.

• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of sales experience in Building Materials, Construction Products, Hardware, Fasteners, uPVC/Aluminium Doors & Windows, Plywood, Sanitary ware, Paints, or related industries

• Good communication skills in Hindi and Basic English.

• Ability to build customer relationships and generate sales.

• Self-motivated and willing to travel extensively.

• Basic knowledge of Email, and MS Office.

• Graduate in any discipline or Diploma holder with relevant experience. Candidates with a Science background will be preferred.

• Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.

• Experience with CPWD, PWD, NBCC, Government Projects, Architects, and Consultants will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 2 to 5 years in Sales / Marketing of Building Material or related products.
