Job Description – Field Sales Executive

Role summary
GST Suvidha Kendra is hiring Field Sales Executives to visit shops and small businesses in Noida, explain our GST and business compliance services, and help owners sign up and order through the GST Suvidha Kendra app.

Key responsibilities
• Visit shops, traders and small businesses in your assigned area every working day.
• Find businesses that need GST registration, GST return filing, GST notice support, MSME/Udyam, ITR or FSSAI.
• Explain the services simply and clearly, using the pitch provided in training.
• Help the customer install the GST Suvidha Kendra app and sign up with your referral code on the spot.
• Guide the customer to place and pay for the order themselves in the app. You will never collect cash or payment.
• Record every visit in the Field Sales App with shop details, live photo and location.
• Follow up with interested customers and those who signed up but have not ordered yet.
• Stay in touch with your customers for repeat services such as monthly and quarterly GST returns.
• Share daily updates and market feedback with your Team Leader.
Targets and performance
The core target is at least one paid customer order per working day; incentives are earned on paid orders beyond the monthly threshold set by the company.

Requirements
No prior GST knowledge is needed; we look for people who are comfortable talking to shop owners and willing to be in the field all day.
Must have:
• 12th pass or above.
• Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
• Android smartphone with internet.
• Good spoken Hindi; basic English reading.
• Confident talking to strangers and handling "no" calmly.
• Ready for full-day fieldwork in all weather.
Good to have:
• Prior field sales experience (insurance, banking, telecom, FMCG, POS/payments).
• Knows Noida markets and local areas well.
• Basic understanding of GST, PAN or small-business paperwork.
