Role Summary

The Field Sales Agent is responsible for on-ground business development — identifying, pitching to, and onboarding Retailers (shopkeepers, individuals, or small businesses) onto the GST Suvidha Kendra platform, displaying/sharing QR codes, and driving service adoption and order generation within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

● Identify and approach potential Retailers — shopkeepers, kiosks, local businesses, and individuals — within the assigned territory to onboard them onto the GST Suvidha Kendra mobile app / web platform.

● Explain the GST Suvidha Kendra business plan, service portfolio (GST, Taxation, Financial, Micro & Digital Services), and commission structure to prospective Retailers.

● Complete the Retailer sign-up process on the spot (no KYC required at sign-up; 5–10 minute quick setup) and assist with QR code printing, display, and activation at the retailer's place of business.

● Achieve daily and monthly Retailer ID onboarding targets and monthly business (revenue) targets for the assigned territory.

● Follow up with onboarded Retailers to ensure they place service orders (GST returns, registrations, financial services, etc.) through the platform within 7 days of onboarding.

● Educate Retailers on using the mobile app dashboard — orders, commission structure, earning reports, and withdrawal (KYC required only at withdrawal stage).

● Maintain daily activity reports, submit onboarding/order data, and coordinate with the Area/Regional Sales Manager.

● Represent the company professionally at all times and ensure compliance with company policies during fieldwork.

Retailer ID Pricing: Field Sales Agents may offer Retailer IDs priced between ₹299 and ₹999 per Retailer ID. Note: Daily and monthly ID incentives, the monthly business incentive, and the per-order incentive are independent of each other and are paid cumulatively upon meeting each respective target.

Requirements

● Own smartphone with internet access; two-wheeler preferred for field travel.

● Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

● Prior field sales / distribution / retail onboarding experience preferred but not mandatory.

● Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned local territory.

● Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
