JOB Title – FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE
Location: Yerawada, Pune
Department: Personal Loan
Experience: 0–6 Months
Education: Any Graduate
Age: Below 28 Years
Key Responsibilities
• Identify potential customers through cold calling, market mapping and local networking.
• Meet customers in person and explain loan features, interest rates, tenure and repayment options.
• Collect financial documents and facilitate the loan application process.
• Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for smooth processing and disbursement.
• Build a strong network with local shopkeepers, builders and Chartered Accountants for lead referrals.
• Achieve monthly disbursement targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Maintain daily reporting of field activities and lead status in CRM.
Skills & Requirements
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to communicate in Marathi, Hindi and English.
• Valid driving license is mandatory.
• Comfortable with field/outdoor sales.
• Proactive, target-oriented and resilient.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM applications.
