Job Summary: Responsible for generating sales by meeting customers, understanding their insurance needs, recommending suitable insurance products, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Meet customers and generate new sales.

• Explain insurance products and recommend suitable plans.

• Convert leads into policy sales.

• Assist customers with documentation and policy issuance.

• Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.

• Build and maintain customer relationships.

• Follow up on leads and renewals.

• Update sales activities in the CRM.

• Ensure compliance with company and IRDAI guidelines.

• Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale.

Requirements:

• Graduate or equivalent.

• Good communication and sales skills.

• Target-oriented with a customer-focused approach.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
