Job Title: Business Development Officer

Preferred Candidate: Male candidate with experience in Pest Control Operations or Facility Management industry.

Job Summary: The Business Development Officer will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and promoting pest control services to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development

Identify and generate new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial segments.

Approach corporate offices, housing societies, restaurants, warehouses, and factories for pest control services.

Conduct site visits and explain pest control service solutions to potential clients.

2. Client Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Address client queries and coordinate with the operations team for service delivery.

Ensure client satisfaction and long-term service contracts.

3. Sales & Revenue Generation

Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business.

4. Market Development

Identify new market segments and potential clients.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

5. Coordination

Coordinate with the operations team for scheduling services after closing the deal.

Ensure smooth communication between clients and service teams.

Experience: 1–4 years in Pest Control, Facility Management, or related services industry.

Education: Graduate in any discipline (Marketing / Business preferred).

Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Client relationship management

Basic knowledge of pest control or facility services

Ability to achieve sales targets

Gender Preference: Male (due to field work requirements)
