We are looking for motivated sales professionals to join a real estate sales team in Pune.

This position is suitable for candidates who enjoy meeting customers, understanding their property requirements and working directly with prospects through the sales process.

What you will do

• Connect with prospective property buyers and understand their requirements.

• Generate and follow up with sales leads.

• Explain suitable property options to prospective customers.

• Coordinate and conduct property/site visits.

• Maintain regular communication with interested customers.

• Handle customer questions and provide relevant property information.

• Build relationships with prospects and follow up until closure.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with the internal sales team during the customer journey.

• Keep yourself updated about local property developments and market activity.

Who can apply

• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, business development or field sales.

• Candidates with real estate sales experience are preferred.

• Relevant field-sales experience from other industries may also be considered.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Comfortable with meeting customers in person.

• Strong follow-up and convincing abilities.

• Two-wheeler is mandatory.

• Valid driving licence is mandatory.

• Should be comfortable travelling within Pune, particularly West Pune.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
