Job Description: Field Sales Executive (Paytm)

💰 Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹26,000 TO ₹32,000 CTC per month + attractive bonuses and performance incentives.

Training: 3 to 5-day comprehensive, easy-to-learn training program provided.
📍 Job Location
Work in your own local area/neighborhood (No long commutes).
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Education: Minimum 10th Pass (Higher Secondary Education).
💼 Key Responsibilities (KRA)
Merchant Onboarding: Visit 15 to 20 retail shops daily to pitch and onboard shopkeepers onto the Paytm QR Code and Paytm Business App ecosystem.
Sales Targets: Actively pitch, demonstrate, and sell Paytm Soundbox devices to achieve monthly sales targets.
Field Reporting: Conduct daily field visits, maintain positive relationships with local merchants, and submit daily performance reports.
