Key Responsibilities:
➢ Visit potential and existing customers to present products/services.
➢ Generate leads and convert them into sales.
➢ Build and maintain strong client relationships.
➢ Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
➢ Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
➢ Report on sales activities and market trends.
➢ Collaborate with internal teams for order fulfilment and customer support.
➢ Prepare daily reports, sales forecasts, and market feedback to the Sales
Manager.
➢ Negotiate pricing and terms of agreements with potential clients.
➢ Identify and generate new B2B leads through field visits, cold calling,
networking, and referrals.
➢ Conduct product demonstrations and present proposals/quotations tailored
to client needs.
