Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team at Paramount Powders Private Limited, a company specializing in the manufacturing of THERMOSETTING POWDER COATINGS, in epoxy, epoxy-polyester, polyester and polyurethane chemistries. This role will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and increasing sales of corrugated boxes and packaging solutions. The role involves both field sales and marketing activities to promote products and expand market reach. This position offers salary of ₹28000 - ₹35000 and other benefits.

Roles & Responsibilities:

·         Conduct field visits to industrial clients, dealers, and contractors

·         Develop and manage dealer relationships

·         Support product demos, trials, and sample approvals

·         Collect market and competitor information

·         Coordinate with sales and technical teams for lead conversion

·         Ensure brand visibility at dealer and customer locations

·         Submit regular field activity and lead reports

Job Requirements:

Qualifications: Graduate or Post Graduate

Work mode: On field

Shift: Day Shift

Working days: 6 days

Should have their own 2-wheeler vehicle and driving license

Experience: Minimum 6 months

Language: Should be comfortable in English (Reading and writing both)
